Fall" back in love with your health by joining us for our Full body, LOW IMPACT strength training workout! All are welcome to kick-start your journey for a life of longevity! Meet the Instructor: Hi, my name is Rachel and I am the owner of Rise & Grind Fitness. I built my mobile personal training business in the early stages of Covid when everything shut down! I competed competitively in tennis through high school and college. This is when I learned how important strength training is not only to compete at a high level, but also to prevent injury. Now, my goal is to help my clients live a life of longevity, free of mobility challenges through strengthening their body for everyday life.
