I booked a 3 person infrared sauna as a shared experience for my mother, sister, and I on Mother's Day. We weren't able to make that work and Jesse made it very easy to rebook at another time. We were finally able to schedule and what a beautiful experience! It was the perfect top off to a beautiful day together. We all felt benefits and were completely impressed with the facility, Jesse, and look forward to trying the other offerings. I highly recommend trying out this wonderful place! Thank you, Jesse!

This is my new favorite place in Sarasota for when I visit! I feel blessed to have found My Sanctuary of Wellness because it is just that. It's beautiful. Clean. Soothing. Well-thought out and the attention to detail is appreciated.
I enjoyed the Sauna and Red-Light Therapy. If I had time, I would have done everything. It's a very welcoming place. I didn't want to leave. It's so important for us to "unplug" from the chaos of the modern world and this is the place to do it. Jesse is the best. His expanded knowledge of everything will enhance your experience.

My Sanctuary Of Wellness is a wonderful place to unwind!! We have used the Infrared Sauna, as well The Dry Salt Therapy. My wife and I enjoyed both. She liked the salt Therapy because it cleared her breathing greatly. I enjoyed the Sauna.

Wonderful experience. Went with a friend and tried sauna infrared and salt therapy. So relaxing! Would do it again. Definitely recommend!
