KETO Bacon-Cheese Deviled Eggs

These delicious, rich deviled eggs are good for snacking, especially if you are on a KETO diet. It's a simple favorite but made extra special with the addition of bacon, tasty Swiss cheese and avocado. Eggs are a go-to for the KETO diet because they are an excellent source of fat and protein (about 63% and 35%, respectively, in one large egg.




  • 6 Large Eggs, hardboiled and peeled

  • 1/4 cup creamy mayonnaise

  • 1/4 avocado, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard to give it that ZING

  • 5 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped


  1. Halve each of the eggs lengthwise

  2. Carefully remove the yolk and place the yolks in a medium bowl. Place the whites, hollow-side up, on a plate.

  3. Mash the yolks with a fork, add the mayo, avocado, cheese, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed. Season the mixture with black pepper. I also like to add a pinch of season salt (your favorite).

  4. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white-hollows and top each egg with the chopped bacon. I made a batch with the bacon mixed into the yolk-mixture- also yummy!

  5. Store the eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator- best to eat within 1 day.
